How do we forecast a year in advance?

Our staffs of meteorologists prepare the forecasts a year in advance working with state-of-the-art meteorological techniques and data collection. The difference is our approach:

We use science and complex algorithms, that is-- step by step procedures that combine automated reasoning, mathematical calculations and historical data to make weather interval predictions on precipitation and temperature.

WeatherPlanner forecasts are developed from a unique scientific process that is completely different from the processes used to make the five-day TV forecasts typically reported on the news and on the web.

At first glance what we do seems impossible especially if you are trying to apply the principals of short term meteorology to our long range forecasts. WeatherPlanner uses an algorithm for long-range forecasts and has for 60 years. Creating Short-term forecasts are an entirely different weather system analysis using a totally different process.
